My eardrums burst each quiet night pierced by this silent scream of fright that echoes in my hollow heart emptied by the time we're apart.

The scorched orbs in my head throb like dams threatening to burst with sweet nectar and dead flies that died of heavenly thirst. It was their own fault to dive in this sticky pool headfirst too well the consequences they knew made it all the worse.

Whitewash

In search of a large façade which I will cover with paint with dark and deep colours I will spill my madness and pain.

Pragmatism

"What happens to me when you must go?" means I'm not worth taking a risk for or is it a way for you to show that you care for yourself above all? Who am I kidding? I do well know how practicality outweighs all feelings and regard that fall below the love I sadly still can't forego.

Streaks of lightning liven up the late evening summer sky as I listen to music   I think of us and cry for the fleetingness of life whose end might finally give one of us the chance to hold   the other's hand again.

Your words carry no weight as if they were written in the swirling smokescreen you have cast around me. Restless slumber of late nothing yet forgotten in my last vivid dream still I believed blindly. It makes no sense to wait much less when just smitten and feelings are foreseen to remain but friendly.
